It’s our pleasure to inform you that ES REBOST will soon be opening a third restaurant in the historic centre of Palma, thus continuing with its expansion. The new premises will be located at Plaza España nº 4, thus joining the already existing premises on Avda. Jaume III and Carrer Oms, on the corner with La Rambla.
The restaurants ES REBOST stand out for being a catalyst for their natural environment and for their cultural heritage, channelling Mallorcan flavours and traditions through every bite, their interior design and even its music, 100% related to the island.
The slogan “Mallorca Fast Slow-Food” is a reference to the exquisite selection of food and drinks based nearly exclusively on ingredients not only sourced but produced on the island. That’s what the “slow” stands for. The “fast” on the contrary is a reference to the simplicity of the elaborations where honest and simple flavour of the best prevail.
All ES REBOST restaurants are open from early in the morning until late at night, offering a continuous service of food and beverage, starting with the early morning coffee and finishing with cocktails and dinner at night. Some of the highlights on the menu are their rebonatxos, the first 100% locally made nachos based on carob flower and topped with a delicious Mahonès cheese, or their burgers with camaiot, butifarron or sobrassada. In occasion, untypical flavour combinations even though they are very much Mallorcan. Some of the more classic highlights are the savoury cocas, the pamboli, galletas trempadas or burballes, a traditional locally produced pasta.
With this new opening of ES REBOST on Plaza España the brand expects continue building up a larger fan base, not only for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks but also and mostly for dinner, where ES REBOST will be able to offer a very attractive selection of Majorcan product based dishes.
On top of that, all products on offer are also to avail for take-away. Finally, ES REBOST offers catering for smaller social and business events.
The new premises is planned to open at the beginning of April. Installations, equipment as well as the entire furnishing will be brought in by ES REBOST in order to reflect the company’s identity, mostly based on handcrafted local products, such as hydraulic tiles by Huguet from Campos, “roba de llengua”, a famous Mallorcan ikat fabric by Teixits Vicens from Pollença or hand-woven palm lampshades from Artà, to mention but a few.
The brand trusts to be able to continue counting on the great acceptance by the locals, as they represent the gran majority of customers of the already existing premises.
